I am not just running for the people, I am the people. A student shaped by the Atlanta University Center, a working mother who turned challenges into purpose, and now an entrepreneur who has grown from Fulton’s grassroots, my journey mirrors the lives of so many in our community. I have spent years working within government, alongside commissioners and civic leaders, gaining firsthand insight into how local decisions impact our neighborhoods, schools, and small businesses.
That same heart for service guided me as a cultural ambassador when I served as Miss Black Metro Atlanta and Miss Black Georgia USA, where I used my platform to champion social impact, empowerment, and representation. Today, I bring these experiences together to lead with integrity, connection, and action so that every family, every senior, and every young person in District 5 can see themselves in Fulton’s future.

Support The Campaign
As a working mother, entrepreneur, and neighbor, I understand the challenges facing District 5 because I’ve lived them. My commitment is to be a true voice for the people making sure county government reflects the community it serves. I will champion small businesses and entrepreneurs by opening access to county contracts, resources, and growth opportunities. I’ll also fight for seniors to age with dignity, families to feel supported, and youth to have safe spaces and strong programs. By putting people first and building partnerships across Fulton, we can create progress that uplifts every generation and belongs to all of us.
We’re not accepting financial contributions just yet while we finalize campaign compliance. Donations will be available soon! In the meantime, you can support by donating your time, skills, or efforts to help power this movement. | Email: FelicityForFulton@gmail.com to get involved.
